This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of delivery

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In the original packaging (with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact)

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

Used or installed parts

Custom-made or special-order items

Clearance or final sale products

Electrical or electronic parts once opened

Items damaged due to improper use or installation
3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

We only replace items if:

You received the wrong item
