Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Topzon. We strive to provide quality auto parts and a great customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging (with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact)

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Used or installed parts

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Electrical or electronic parts once opened

  • Items damaged due to improper use or installation


3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us at topzon.autoparts@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Clear photos (if applicable)

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank
    If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at topzon.autoparts@gmail.com.
