What is the MOQ for each item?
We have stock for popular products and support overseas warehouse shipments. If there is in stock, than no minimum order requirement.
Can you produce according to samples?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings.
What are your payment terms?
Usually 30% in advance, 70% balance should be paid before delivery.
Do you have any guarantee for your products?
Usually, we provide 1 year quality guarantee for our products before the delivery date
Can we get samples?
If samples are available, the sample and shipping fee should be paid by the customer.
How is the packaging?
Usually neutral cartons, customized brand packaging is also acceptable, and OEM/ODM services are provided.
Do you test all goods before delivery?
Yes, for new products, we will install and test in domestic market first. Regarding batch orders, we have QC department to check carefully and ensure quality before shipment.
