Thank you for shopping at Topzon. We strive to provide quality auto parts and a great customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
No secondary returns after purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Used or installed parts
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale products
- Electrical or electronic parts once opened
- Items damaged due to improper use or installation
3. Return Process
- Contact Us at topzon.autoparts@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Returns must be accompanied by complete documentation with clear video and photos, including our official code.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if:
- They are defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank
If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at topzon.autoparts@gmail.com.
